Experiencing outpatient care
Last year, more than 60,000 people visited our Outpatient Services. Some received urgent medical care in the middle of the night in our Emergency Services department. Others made routine visits for diagnostic tests or x-rays.
Still others got expert help with a hand injury or a heart condition at one of our Specialty Clinics. And some came in for outpatient surgery in our modern, convenient facilities under the care of highly competent board-certified surgeons and skilled nurses.
Whatever the services you receive in our Outpatient Services Department, you can expect competent care that embraces your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs. A multi-disciplinary health care team works with you to provide personalized care. In addition to your physician and nursing staff, this team includes:
A medical social worker on staff can assist you and your family with the mental and emotional aspects of a healthcare crisis.
Area clergy members are part of our patient care team and can provide you and your family with spiritual support.
An ambulatory admissions nurse can work with you to develop your personal care plan.
