Breastfeeding Class
This two-hour class is designed for expectant mothers in the third trimester of pregnancy. Participants will learn about breastfeeding positions and techniques, nutrition, common problems and helpful solutions. Fathers are welcome!

Childbirth For New Parents
Expectant mothers in their third trimester (and their labor coaches) will benefit from this class with information about the stages of labor, relaxation techniques, breathing patterns, and comfort measures. Evening and weekend classes are offered this year. Bring two pillows and a large towel to class each week and dress comfortably as some activities take place on the floor.
2010 Dates:
Saturday Classes: January 9, March 20, June 5, September 11, December 4
Monday Evening Class Series: January 18 - February 8; March 8 - March 29; April 19 - May 10; June 7 - June 28; July 19 - August 9; September 20 - October 11; and November 1 - November 22.

Mommy's Having a Baby
During this one-hour class, children ages two to six will learn about having a new baby brother or sister in their family. Class activities include a story, learning to hold a newborn, and touring the Family Birth Center. Each child receives a "goody bag" too!
2010 Classes:
Daytime Classes: February 11, April 15, May 13, June 17, July 15, August 12, October 14, December 9.
Evening Classes: January 19, March 18, September 16, November 11
*Participants are limited to 20 per class (children included). You must register in advance.
