Our street address is 3152 Port Sheldon Road, Hudsonville. We’re right next door to the Ottawa County Health Department and Sherriff’s Department.

Hours
The office is open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm By appointment, we can see patients as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 7 p.m. During the evening, nights and weekends, calls are directed to the on-call physician by way of an answering service. Office phones are staffed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
