Schools Health Initiative Learn for Life!

The Learn for Life! Program is dedicated to supporting and improving the health, wellness and environment of our children in Zeeland and Hudsonville Public Schools. Through nutrition and physical activities, children learn, participate in and enjoy healthy lifestyle behaviors.  Through consultation with  school staff and parents, ZCH staff members also assist in the creation of individualized health plans for students with specific health concerns.
