We know that insurance and hospital billing can sometimes be confusing. Our goal is to help you understand your bills from ZCH and other healthcare providers.
ZCH will bill primary and secondary insurance companies and will do everything possible to expedite your claim. Please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company and you have the final responsibility for payment of your hospital bill. Some insurance companies may deny payment if you leave against medical advice.

We accept cash, check, money order and all major credit cards. You may also pay online.

Other Bills That May Be Received
You may receive separate bills from doctors who assisted with your treatment, such as:
- Advanced Radiology Services, P.C.
- Anesthesia Medical Consultants
- Emergency Care Specialists, P.C.
- Pathology Laboratory
- Ambulance Services
- Your personal doctor, hospitalist, surgeon, admitting or consulting doctor
Please contact them directly with any questions or insurance information. Please note that hospital participation agreements with insurance companies may differ from those made between your insurance providers and the organizations listed.
