E-mail a Patient
Keep in touch with your loved one. E-mail a special note of encouragement or congratulations. Volunteers deliver patient mail (postal service and e-mail) each morning, Monday through Friday. Outgoing mail may be left at the Nursing Team Center or given to a volunteer.
Complete this form to send a secure e-mail to a patient at Zeeland Community Hospital. If your family member or friend has gone home by the time your email arrives, we'll make sure to send it on to them.
